Under the peak Kramář* touristic hotel was built in 1927. Outlook tower with an all-round view was erected in 1931-32 by a design of A. Patrman as elevated water tank, with two sightseeing platforms. Later (1960) they were covered by a glass shelter enlarged in 1980 with a brick body. The tower is open during summer holiday months, the hotel is accessible by car via the road from Červenovodské gap but now unfortunately closed due to pending ownership issues.
*Karel Kramář, 1860-1937, dominant Czech statesman, the first Prime Minister
